Our Guarantee

When we undertake the processing of articles for you, we stand behind our work. We ensure that all goods entrusted to us are treated with care. We will advise you of any tender, weak, adulterated or defective materials that could be damaged in the processing and we will seek your consent to proceed.  We will advise you as to what process is best suited to the condition and texture of the item based on our professional opinion.  

 

Buckles, trimmings, belts, buttons or beads: If these accessories are damaged in the process, we cannot guarantee that these can be replaced with an identical match. However, we will do our best to replace it with accessories that look similar to the original.

 

Care label: Please do not remove the care label as it will provide us with useful information about the garment. Hence, removing the care label may limit our ability to properly process the article. This could result in the article being cleaned at your own risk.
